All devices can be returned to us for free within 15 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 2 working days after we receive the order.
All devices come with a 12-24 month warranty that covers all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
Attention:
Please put water only for first time use and heat it up.
There will be smoke generated for first time use. This is due to the oil coating on the heater plate heated up and causing smoke generation.
The 1.8L and 6 cup marking representing 1.8L water volume for 6 cup rice. It is a guidance of water:rice ratio.
